Google Acquires Online Video Start-Up Omnisio

Google has acquired online video start-up Omnisio for an undisclosed sum. Omnisio is a four-month-old company that enables users to annotate videos, combine clips, and synchronize Slideshare presentations to videos.

Google plans to add Omnisio’s technology to its YouTube site.
