Solera Networks Launches Partner Program to Meet Worldwide Customer Demand
Solera Networks, a provider of innovative network traffic capture and search appliances that record and archive a complete record of data-in-motion, today announced their Solera Networks Partner program, a targeted channel initiative that provides the company's growing network of channel partners increased sales and support opportunities and resources.
As part of this launch, the company also announced the addition of COMPUTERLINKS and Unixpac as value-added distributors, innovative IT channel specialists that significantly expand Solera Networks' domestic and global reach. COMPUTERLINKS and Unixpac will tap the partner program to help educate customers on how to plan and prepare for the inevitable network failures, more rapidly pinpoint network performance issues, and ensure compliance."We're arming our channel partners with new tools and insight so they can prepare their customers for the 'unknown unknowns' -- the network threats that have yet to be exposed that they can never plan for," said Steve Shillingford, CEO of Solera Networks. "It's always the unknown that scares us the most, and that fear is only getting worse as more and more critical business information is flowing in and out of corporate networks and in and out of the computing cloud. Every network security tool fails at some point because it hasn't been programmed to look for the next new threat. We see it every day, and we're aligning with channel partners around the world who understand the need to help customers plan for quick recovery by giving their network a fail-safe memory."
The Solera Networks Partner Program provides two levels of participation and support for select value added resellers, distributors and systems integrators worldwide that work with businesses of all sizes. All Gold and Silver level partners have access to:
-- A rich repository of best practices and technical resources for network planning via the company's new partner portal -- addressing network monitoring, security event remediation, performance optimization, and data use compliance -- Comprehensive sales and support training -- Easily accessible demos of Solera Networks' "always-on" surveillance and network memory technology -- Lead development and co-marketing opportunities
