— Showcase Live and 211(me) are hosting a text-to-vote competition providing aspiring comedians with a chance to win an opportunity to open for Dave Attell at Showcase Live on August 23rd. The two winners will also be paid $1500 for the gig to help pay the rent! Comedians can sign up by visiting 211me.com/comedy until voting ends on Tuesday, August 19th.
— Comedians can campaign for votes by sharing their mobile “Vote for Me” flyer via mobile text message or email blast using 211(me)’s mobile messaging service, or by placing their custom widget on their website or social network.
