Westcon to Offer Cisco Smart Care Service to European Reseller Market

Westcon Group, a distributor of networking, convergence, security and mobility solutions, has announced that it will offer Cisco Smart Care Service to the European reseller market.
Cisco Smart Care Service is claimed to help small and medium-sized businesses and midmarket customers simplify network maintenance through regular network assessments, remote software repairs and technical support. This collaborative service is delivered through Cisco certified partners via a single maintenance customer service contract.
Jon Pritchard, vice president of Europe at Comstor, said: "With Cisco Smart Care Service, we are able to provide Cisco-certified resellers with a complete network service under a single contract. Cisco Smart Care Service employs advanced discovery tools that help resellers identify components in a network infrastructure that may be out of date or need replacing."
