IQ Services Unveils New Voice Offerings That Integrate With HP Software

The three offerings -- Voice StressTest(TM) Monitor, Voice HeartBeat(TM) Monitor and FaxStress(TM) Monitor -- allow customers to integrate valuable voice and fax data, and display capabilities, into HP Performance Center or HP LoadRunner. By incorporating voice monitoring and data testing into HP Performance Center or HP LoadRunner, businesses have a more complete view of their communication and contact center solution performance.
