Vibrant Sales Force Ranks #1 in "Jack Myers 2008 Survey on Online Sales Organization Performance and Value"

Vibrant (www.vibrantmedia.com), the world leader in in-text advertising, ranked #1 among the top 26 advertising networks in overall performance in a survey of advertising executives, according to "Jack Myers' 2008 Survey of Advertising Executives in Online Sales Organization Performance and Value." Vibrant was rated third by ad executives among a broader list of 34 ad networks, portals, search engines and e-commerce sites (ahead of Yahoo Network/Blue Lithium, Google Ad Network and AOL/Platform A). Further, the Myers survey noted an improvement of 35% in Vibrant's overall performance score from 2007 to 2008.

Myers' annual report has become an important indicator of sales force performance and industry perception. To derive the performance score, a total of 317 senior client executives, agency senior management, media directors, AMD's, media supervisors, buyers and planners, were asked to rate each sales organization against seven criteria:

-- Organization s delivers more targeted/engaged audiences
