NASA Awards Ames Support Contract

The U.S. space agency has awarded a $42 million engineering support contract for its Ames Research Center to the ASRC Research and Technology Solutions Co.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration said ASRC research, a subsidiary of the Arctic Slope Regional Corp., an Alaska Native Corp., will provide a wide range of services including project management, systems engineering, hardware and software design and development at Ames.
NASA said the cost plus fixed fee indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, task order five-year contract consists of a one-year base period, followed by four one-year options.
