Telecom Italia Completes Sale of LibertySurf Group to Iliad

Telecom Italia has received authorization from the French Antitrust Authority for the sale of LibertySurf Group, an internet service provider that operates in France mainly with Telecom Italia's Alice brand, to Iliad.
Iliad is an internet and telephony services provider in France. The sale of LibertySurf Group was carried out on the basis of an enterprise value of E800 million and will bring about a net debt reduction for the Telecom Italia Group of approximately E750 million.
