Swisscom Selects IneoQuest’s IQPinPoint Video Quality Management System

IneoQuest Technologies, a supplier of revenue assurance solutions for video providers, has announced that Swisscom, a telecommunications provider, has selected its IQPinPoint multi-dimensional video quality management system to manage video quality throughout its advanced IPTV video delivery network, Bluewin TV.

The IQPinPoint system deployed by Swisscom utilizes the IneoQuest family of network probes including IQMediaMonitor for head-end and core, as well as the new Cricket family of probes for network edge to the customer premise and the iVMS, a multi-dimensional video quality management system designed to remotely monitor and automatically troubleshoot video quality across the entire network.
