Priest to Host Special Service ; A Catholic Priest Will Lead a Service at a North Lincolnshire Ecumenical Church for the First Time Tomorrow.

A Catholic priest will lead a service at a North Lincolnshire ecumenical church for the first time tomorrow.

Father Michael Moore will preach on the theme of hope to the congregation at the Old Brumby United Church.

Members from the Anglican, Methodist and United Reform Churches will take part in the service.

Father Moore, priest of St Bernadette’s Catholic Church, Ashby, will speak from 10.30am.

The Old Brumby United Church is an ecumenical church of Methodists and members of the United Reform Church.

The Ashby Road site has been home to a free church since the 1920s, and was formerly St Mark’s Methodist Church. Anyone is welcome to join the congregation.
