Experian's New Subscription-Based Research Tool Provides Users With Access to More Than 12 Million Businesses

COSTA MESA, Calif., June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Experian(R), a global information solutions company, today announced the launch of BizInfo Online(SM), a new subscription-based research tool that delivers verified data on more than 12 million U.S. businesses. Leveraging information from Experian's National Business Database, BizInfo Online provides users with the most data available on small-and mid-sized businesses in an easy-to-use format.

BizInfo Online's intuitive Web interface allows users to research competitors, acquisition targets or potential partners within seconds. By clicking on the "Company Report" tab, the site provides instant access to companies by inputting basic information such as company name, address or phone number. Users can then select the business and retrieve information including key demographic and contact data, as well as its Commercial Intelliscore(SM). Users also have the option to purchase a full credit report on the business via a link to Experian's SmartBusinessReports(TM).

Additional research options available on BizInfo Online include the ability to create and download marketing or distribution lists. By searching for businesses by geographic location, industry code or company demographics, users can create a printable or downloadable list that will allow them to more accurately and efficiently interact with their targeted prospects. They can then use the site to generate comprehensive company profile reports or create statistical distributions for business plans or other analyses.
