Trend Micro Offers Security for Messaging Environments

Security software company Trend Micro has introduced a messaging security offering to gives users protection across Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Office Communications Server environments.
It said Trend Micro Communication & Collaboration Security is driven by it Smart Protection Network, which is a cloud-client content security infrastructure designed to protect customers from web threats. It includes Trend Micro IM Security, Trend Micro ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange, Trend Micro PortalProtect for Microsoft SharePoint, and Trend Micro Control Manager.
Thomas Miller, general manager for enterprise business at Trend Micro, said: "Trend Micro Communication & Collaboration Security delivers smarter, immediate protection that enables users to safely send email, use IM, and collaborate anywhere in the world, keeping organizations' networks and assets secure."
The Trend Micro Communication & Collaboration Security suite is available for $45.34 per user for 1,000 seats.
