MBTA Seeks Comments on Service Changes

BOSTON - The MBTA will hold public meetings in Quincy and Weymouth starting Wednesday to solicit comments regarding proposed service changes.

The T plans to reduce service on some routes but says it will improve service on others.

The plan is available on the MBTA's Web site at about_the_mbta/t_projects/?id=12769.

Public meetings will consist of a presentation by T staff followed by an informal discussion between the staff and the public.

The first meeting will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Quincy City Hall.

The other will be at 6 p.m. Monday in the Abigail Adams Middle School auditorium, 89 Middle St.
