Mall Networks, the leading provider of merchant-funded loyalty shopping solutions, today announced that Tom Beecher, former President and CEO of Imagitas, has been named the new President and CEO of Mall Networks. Mall Networks Founder David Andre will continue to have a full-time role with the company as Chairman and Chief Customer Officer, focusing on client success, best practices, product strategy and vision, and new business development.
"Mall Networks has experienced tremendous growth in the past several years, through new product offerings and strategic account wins that have broadened the company's product portfolio and bolstered its leadership position in the merchant-funded loyalty rewards space," said Dave Andre, who founded Mall Networks in 2005 and has served as president, CEO, and board member for the past three years. "It has always been my plan to establish the company as a product leader with great market traction and then bring in a new CEO - like Tom - with stellar experience who can manage the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. This is an extremely exciting time for Mall Networks as we grow our clients, products, and employees, and Tom is the perfect person for the job."
"Mall Networks is one of the fastest growing companies in the loyalty and e-commerce space, and I am honored to assume this new role," said Tom Beecher. "We have established market leadership, tripling revenues from last year and running successful programs at strategic companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Delta, and Verizon. Dave has been instrumental in leading Mall Networks through these milestones, and his vision has completely redefined the loyalty marketing industry with innovative solutions for next-generation merchant-funded loyalty shopping. I look forward to working alongside Dave and the Mall Networks team on client success and continued growth."
Beecher comes to Mall Networks from Imagitas, a Pitney Bowes Company, where he was president and CEO. He was a key member of the Imagitas executive team that led to the successful sale to Pitney Bowes, and continued growth of this $125M+ marketing services company. In addition to his role as president and CEO of Imagitas, Beecher also served in many executive positions during his 11-year tenure there, such as CFO and executive vice president; general manager; and managing director. Prior to Imagitas, Beecher was with Fleet Financial Group. Beecher started his successful career as a consultant with Bain & Co. He earned an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, and an AB degree from Dartmouth College.
