Centillium Receives Communications Solutions Magazine's ''Product of the Year'' Award for 2004

Centillium Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTLM) announced today that Technology Marketing Corporation's Communications Solutions(TM) magazine online (www.tmcnet.com/comsol) has named Centillium's Palladia(TM) 400 family as a recipient of its 2004 "Product of the Year" award.

Palladia 400 was chosen for this award because it provides an innovative multi-service platform for broadband access with the industry's first highly-integrated solution for Voice-over-IP (VoIP)-enabled ADSL residential gateways, integrated access devices (IADs) and set-top boxes (STBs).
