Covario Announces Preferred Partnership Agreement With Neo@Ogilvy for Managing Global Search Programs

Posted on: Tuesday, 16 September 2008, 09:00 CDT

Covario, Inc., the leader in interactive marketing analytics, today announced a preferred partnership agreement with Neo@Ogilvy, the global digital and direct media agency of OgilvyOne Worldwide, part of WPP (NASDAQ: WPPGY). The alliance will provide global clients of both firms with an integrated solution designed to deliver greater efficiency and value in managing global search programs.

After initial collaboration between the two firms resulted in strong benefits and results for global clients such as Intel and Adobe Systems Incorporated, Covario initiated efforts to create a more formalized partnership. Under the new agreement, Neo@Ogilvy will provide the paid and organic search service component to Covario's interactive marketing analytics technology for clients of both firms.

"We have worked successfully with Neo@Ogilvy over the past two years on key large advertiser accounts including Intel and Adobe, and are excited about a partnership to deliver this offering on a broader scale to all our respective clients," said Russ Mann, CEO at Covario. "With digital media specialists in more than 30 offices around the world, Neo@Ogilvy is the only truly global provider of paid and organic search services which Fortune 500 clients require. They understand the complexities of working with multi-product, multi-geography search programs - the same types of organizations for which we design our technology."

Neo@Ogilvy and Covario will provide large advertisers with a one-of-a-kind solution for managing both their global B-to-B and B-to-C search advertising campaigns. Advertisers will be able to leverage Neo@Ogilvy's advanced global offering for paid and organic search services, and gain the benefit of Covario's technologies for automating the integration of information necessary to manage search programs on a global basis.

For large advertisers who often concurrently use dozens of different ad platforms in numerous countries and languages around the work, the process of aggregating performance data is extremely time consuming - more than 50 percent of resources are typically used do the reporting alone - and error prone. With the automation provided by Covario, much of that time can be reallocated to important areas such as campaign strategy and performance improvements.

"It is critical that clients have access to the technology needed to efficiently and effectively manage the data, determine insights and develop strategies," said Nasreen Madhany, worldwide CEO at Neo@Ogilvy. "Solutions like Covario's will enable our local service teams to focus much more time on strategy and improving performance for our global advertising clients, and spend much less time on data collection and analysis."
