ooVoo and Micro Innovations Sign Agreement to Create Combined Software and Hardware Video Communication Solutions

NEW YORK, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- ooVoo an innovator in the way people communicate online announced today that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Micro Innovations Corporation, an importer, manufacturer and distributor of quality computer accessories. The agreement allows for ooVoo's high quality video chat software to be packaged with computer peripherals marketed by Micro Innovations, providing an ideal solution for consumers' communication tool kits.
Within minutes of installing Micro Innovations' products consumers will be able to see and talk to friends, family and co-workers anywhere in the world using the free ooVoo video communication software included with their computer peripheral purchase. Consumers with a PC or Mac and a broadband connection will be able to connect up to six people face-to-face by video, add up to six people by phone and record video conversations to share with friends amongst other features.
