Edge Web Hosting Selects Epicor Solutions

Epicor Software, a provider of enterprise business software, has announced that Edge Web Hosting, a provider of managed dedicated servers and shared hosting solutions, has selected Epicor solutions to manage service for its clients’ mission-critical systems.

Epicor IT Service Management will be used to manage trouble tickets for Edge Web Hosting’s client service calls as well as track resources and client information.

After evaluating other service management and customer relationship management solutions, Edge Web Hosting chose Epicor because of its ability to extend and customize to align with its business processes and standards for service.
