ServicePower Field Service Solutions Announces Contract Win With National Service Alliance

ServicePower's Field Service Solutions (FSS) Division, a provider of Web-based, automated job scheduling and warranty chain management for subcontractors, manufacturers, retailers, third-party administrators and parts distributors, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with National Service Alliance, Inc. (NSA), a consortium of independent U.S. repair companies. ServicePower FSS will provide service network resourcing, electronic scheduling and dispatch, and warranty claim processing for use in NSA's consumer electronics service business. ServicePower will facilitate the dispatch and claims processes for NSA's member service companies from its manufacturer, retail, and third-party administrator (TPA) customers, as well as provide a service network in outlying areas.

NSA will provide the ServicePower platform to its service network so that clients can dispatch on-site service calls nationwide through centers and via the Internet, providing real-time visibility into the status of all repairs through integration into existing service management systems (SMSs).
