MUNICH, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 2003--The Turkish mobile operator Aycell has commissioned Siemens (NYSE:SI)(FWB:SIE) to further expand its mobile network infrastructure. For Siemens Information and Communication Mobile (Siemens mobile) this includes installing new components for the core network and the IN (Intelligent Networks) system.
