Providers of real-time network quality of service (QoS) monitoring solutions CommProve (formerly Simtel), has announced that it will partner with cellular network optimisation experts, AIRCOM International. The alliance will mean that CommProve's Netledge(TM) monitoring technology will be integrated in Aircom's product suite, offering a complete end-to-end network optimisation solution to mobile operators.
CommProve's Netledge portfolio of hardware and software solutions helps operators identify areas of revenue loss, due to unacceptable QoS. By monitoring network performance in realtime 24x7, according to real subscriber experience, the Netledge portfolio provides operators with a wealth of detailed information on how its networks are performing. The partnership with Aircom means that operators can glean greater value from this comprehensive network view through the integration with Aircom's Optima, Qualita and Advantage solutions.
Aircom's technology can further analyse data gleaned from Netledge for use in effective radio frequency planning, radio optimisation and cell planning across a multi-vendor environment.
"Working together with CommProve makes perfect sense," says David High, Group Director, Sales and Marketing, AIRCOM International. "Our technologies are a perfect complement. The comprehensive and detailed network measurement information that CommProve's Netledge solution delivers provides us with an excellent starting point for further analysis, enabling us to deliver further service quality benefit to operators and their subscribers."
"Our partnership with AIRCOM represents two best-of breed product portfolios combining to the considerable benefit of mobile operators," said Ali Pourtaheri, CEO, CommProve. "By integrating our Netledge solution with AIRCOM's own proven technology, we have created a truly effective end-to-end service, ensuring optimum network QoS to operators and a faultless service to their subscribers."
