3G Dynasty Completes First Stage of Internet Content Service Business Integration

HONG KONG, June 15 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Telecom Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TCOM) the Total Solutions Provider, announced today that the subsidiary 3G Dynasty, Inc. has completed the first stage of its integration initiatives related to the March 2005 union of its Internet Content Service operations.

Effective July 1, all contracted base business that operates as IC Star MMS: Star SMS/MMS called 'My Star Friends' community -- first invented in SMS/MMS interactive between Star and fans around the world, IC Star Theme Club on the WAP and IC Star Brands, the internet content service organization -- will be combined with the personalized homepage on WAP and SkyeStar.com the flagship entertainment property that operations by a joint venture of 3G Dynasty, Inc and its business partners in China. As the integration internet business group of TCOM, 3G Dynasty goals strategic investment in China, will be created specifically to address those new market dynamics and help telecom carriers get the most from content programs while effectively handling changes in capacity, deal terms and players.

3G Dynasty Beijing offices will officially open in late July. Entertainment content for these mobile devices is in high demand and 3G Dynasty hopes to become the dominant player within this space.

Planning for the integration of TCOM' s Total Solutions-Information Manager Systems, SMS/MMS virtual Call Center CRM Systems, SEO4Mobile and joint venture of SME's software developing and distribution operations is continuing and is expected to be completed this summer.
