DataPath(R) Receives $1.6 Million Order to Provide Services for SATCOM Terminals Used By U.S. Joint Forces
DULUTH, Ga., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- DataPath, Inc., a leading provider of satellite and wireless communications networks around the world, has received an order valued at $1.6 million to provide technical personnel to support U.S. military satellite communications (SATCOM) systems deployed in remote locations in Afghanistan. DataPath(R) field service representatives will work onsite at forward locations with U.S. military joint forces to ensure the optimal performance of more than 20 fly-away SATCOM systems built by DataPath. This funding is from exercised options on an existing delivery order.

Program Manager WIN-T's Commercial SATCOM Terminal Program at the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command in Fort Monmouth, N.J. made the award through the Worldwide Satellite Systems contract.
