TAM to Launch Daily Service From Sao Paulo to Lima

Brazilian airline TAM has announced that it will launch a new daily service from Sao Paulo, Brazil, to Lima, Peru, effective October 17, 2008.

The airline will operate the new service with Airbus A320 aircraft, featuring 12 executive class and 144 economy class seats. This will be the 17th international destination served by TAM.

Paulo Branco, vice president of sales and planning at TAM, said: “The start of service to Lima gives continuity to our strategy of expanding TAM’s international network. Offering passengers new destinations and possibilities of connections is part of our search for excellence of service, together with management and technical-operational excellence.”
