Matisse Networks Adds Top Talent to Executive Management Team
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ — Matisse Networks, pioneer in the field of optical burst switching (OBS) and the unique EtherBurst packet WDM system which delivers both the efficiencies of Ethernet packet switching and the unmatched bandwidth of DWDM optical technology, announced today that Craig Easley and Hank Zoeller have joined Matisse’s executive management team, adding two experienced industry veterans to lead marketing and manufacturing operations.

Craig Easley joins Matisse as the Vice President of Marketing with global responsibility for both marketing communications and product management. Easley is a veteran of numerous successful networking companies including Bay Networks, Nortel Networks, Extreme Networks and most recently Actelis Networks. He has served five terms on the Metro Ethernet Forum’s (MEF) board of directors and has been a visible leader in the carrier Ethernet industry. Easley’s experience and expertise with both service provider and enterprise markets brings multi-domain experience to Matisse as it positions its revolutionary EtherBurst solution in those markets.
Hank Zoeller joins Matisse as VP of Operations bringing the Company extensive experience and a strong reputation for operational excellence. Zoeller is an industry veteran with Silicon Valley stalwarts including Nellcor, Molecular Devices, Network Appliance, and Cacheflow. Most recently he co-founded Cardiva Medical, Inc. and served as Vice President of Operations working cross functionally to transition new innovative solutions from R&D projects into viable commercially available products. Zoeller is a Certified Fellow in Production Inventory Management, (CFPIM), Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), and Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), providing him with the background required to deliver high quality products on time and within budget.
