Tw Telecom to Provide High Speed Internet Service to Louisiana Universities and Health Science Centers

BATON ROUGE, La., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — tw telecom inc., , a leading provider of managed voice, Internet and data networking solutions, today announced the deployment of a dedicated 600 Megabit Ethernet connection to the Louisiana Optical Network Initiative (LONI). LONI will deploy and manage tw telecom’s Internet solution to connect Louisiana’s 12 major research universities in order to greatly improve collaboration on research projects and deliver results faster, with greater accuracy.
