New Global Telecom Deploys Edgewater Networks' Solution for Their NGT Digital Voice for Microsoft(R) Response Point(TM) Solution

New Global Telecom (NGT), the largest provider of wholesale hosted and trunk-based VoIP solutions in the United States, announced today it recently deployed Edgewater Networks' Solution as part of their NGT Digital Voice for Microsoft(R) Response Point(TM) offering.
The Edgewater solution consists of the EdgeMarc Network Services Gateways and EdgeView VoIP Support System products. The EdgeMarc gateways are being used by NGT at their customer premises as a demarcation point for their Microsoft(R) Response Point(TM) offering.

The EdgeMarc gateways combined with the EdgeView platform allow NGT to scale their operations and ensure their customers solid, predictable service from end to end. Utilizing the EdgeView VoIP Support tool, NGT's Network Operations Center (NOC) has the ability to monitor every customer and call him/her if there is an issue, usually before the customer even realizes there is an issue on their line.
