Hillsides Slates Benefit Auction

PASADENA – The Hillsides Volunteer Network will host a silent auction from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Oct. 12 on the patio at The Ice House comedy club, 24 N. Mentor Ave.

The auction, which is free, will feature dozens of items, including a gourmet dinner for four, accompanied with wine and hosted by Bob Fisher, owner of The Ice House, a this home; Disney package that includes an overnight stay and Disneyland admission for four; Elton John tickets in Las Vegas, with an overnight stay at the Caesar’s Palace; and a $3,000 Bradford Portraiture certificate for family or individual seating.

At 7 p.m., The Ice House will present a lineup of comedians who will donate their time to help Hillsides, a foster care organization.
