It’s Crunch Time for Art
A Fruity exhibition has launched at the Gloucester Folk Museum.
“Apple of my Eye” features paintings, drawings, ceramics, photographs and other mediums, all on the theme of apples and their connection to Gloucestershire.
Among oil paintings by Trina Hayes and ceramics by Viv Ayres and Anne Williams, there is a selection of rare photographs of cider and perry making in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire by Jacqueline Sarsby.
The exhibition, which runs until Wednesday coincides with the museum’s Apple Day celebrations on October 25.
