Meg Whitman, Former CEO and President of eBay, to Keynote NVTC’s TechCelebration Annual Banquet
HERNDON, Va., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — The Northern Virginia Technology Council, the largest technology council in the nation, announced today it will host the TechCelebration annual banquet on October 27th starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Ritz Carlton in McLean, Virginia. Meg Whitman, former CEO and President of eBay, will provide the keynote address. Whitman helped build eBay into the world’s premier online auction site. This is a rare appearance by Ms. Whitman in the NVTC region and will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear from one of the nation’s most successful technology entrepreneurs.

NVTC will also honor Congressman Tom Davis of Virginia’s 11th District with its Chairman’s Award. Representative Davis will be retiring at the end of this session of Congress.
