NeuStar and Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong to Create New Messaging Service

NeuStar, a provider of clearinghouse and directory services for communication service providers, has partnered with Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong to create a new messaging service that gives users access to Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger and 3 Community from one central application on the mobile phone.
