Once an account is created, and invitations have been sent, users have one-click access to the Digital Share Live network from within OfficeNet Manager, and can start sharing digital content immediately. Users are also able to drag and drop any content within their small office network directly to the Digital Share Live network through OfficeNet Manager's main interface.

With OfficeNet Manager's unique "My Digital Office" feature, users can create a virtual three-dimensional representation of their small office. Within this view, they can create rooms and work spaces and drag and drop elements detected in their network - such as printers and routers - to appropriate rooms.
