SafeNet Experts Present Femtocell and MACsec Security Breakout Sessions at the Embedded Systems Conference

Steve Singer, worldwide mobile and network security solutions systems engineering manager for SafeNet, Inc., will lead a session on MACsec security titled, "Building Standards-compliant Products for Secure LAN/MAN Networking" on Tuesday, October 28th at 10:30 a.m. (EDT) in Room 110. Equipment manufacturers and semiconductor vendors who join this lecture will learn how to build MACsec-compliant user data confidentiality, frame data integrity, and data origin authenticity into their LAN/MAN networking solutions.
Bart Stevens, director of product management, Mobile and Networking Hardware Security Solutions, for SafeNet, Inc., will host a session titled, "Cryptographic Security Measures for Femtocell Access Points" on Wednesday, October 29th at 10:30 a.m. (EDT) in Room 110. Mr. Steven's presentation will outline the various cryptographic measures to be taken to ensure the service continuity, device and network integrity, and end user data confidentiality in the context of Femtocell access points. The presentation will also discuss the various implementation options available to device manufacturers and OEMs.
