50 of the Most Promising European High-Tech Companies Coming to Silicon Valley, Nov 18-19, 2008

Avise Partners announces today that it has just finalized the selection of 50 of the most promising European high-tech companies to present at the Euro Tech Showcase, Nov 18-19, San Francisco Bay (www.EuroTechShowcase.com). This is the result of a stringent selection process that started from a pool of 800 companies, short listed 200, and retained the 50 best. The selection committee included technology executives from large US companies and venture capitalists.
The selected companies come from 15 different European countries and are spread across 6 technology sectors: Telecom & Wireless, Security, Internet & Services, Enterprise Applications, Computing/ Networking/ Hardware, and Entertainment and Media. Most of the selected companies are VC backed with good traction in Europe and are in the process of starting or accelerating their expansion in the US market.
