TelePlus World Telecom Division to Provide Tier One Support to Lead Telecom Provider

To provide the services under the agreement Telizon will utilize its proprietary operating support systems, highly developed and integrated processes and skilled customer care capabilities. This will allow Telizon to interface with the underlying service providers in providing Tier One customer repair management for its latest third-party white label customer.

Telizon’s seventeen years of customer service and support expertise, coupled with the ongoing development and refinement of its interface processes and technologies with underlying carriers, make it an excellent choice for a turnkey, back office service bureau solution.

Telizon provides a value added bundle of commercial telecommunications packages including local lines, long distance, toll free and high speed internet services to customers in 58 distinct Centrex Serving Areas in Ontario. The value added component, in addition to significant cost savings, results from Telizon acting as a virtual telecommunications department for its clients, interfacing on their behalf with the underlying wholesale carrier providers for all items pertaining to their existing services and future needs.
