Pano Logic Appoints New President and CEO

October 30, 2008

Pano Logic, a developer of server-based desktop virtualization solutions, has appointed John Kish as its new president and CEO.

Mr Kish will guide Pano Logic’s overall strategic direction. He has over 20 years of senior management experience in the software industry, most notably as president and CEO of Wyse. Mr Kish also has served in senior management positions at Oracle, where he established the company’s presence on the desktop.

Prior to joining Pano Logic, Mr Kish served as president and CEO of BackFlip Software, a privately held SaaS company. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Cacheon, a provider of on-demand application migration software, and as president and CEO of Verbind, a real-time e-marketing solutions company.

Mr Kish said: “My goal is to extend Pano Logic’s position as a trusted technology leader and partner in the desktop virtualization market. Its innovative and unique approach to desktop virtualization is clearly demonstrated by the significant traction the company has gained since its launch a little over a year ago.

“This is an incredibly exciting and critical time for the company, and I look forward to building on the existing momentum to solidify Pano Logic’s place as a leading desktop virtualization company.”
