Webb Interactive Services, Inc. Reports Cash Distribution

DENVER, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Webb Interactive Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WEBB) today reported that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a cash distribution of $0.32 per share to be paid on each issued and outstanding share of the Company's common stock. The record date for the distribution is December 12, 2008 and the payment date is December 23, 2008.
