Ice Tea Group Expands fecher’s Exclusivity Area

WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ — Ice Tea Group, LLC (ITG) announced that
it has agreed to expand the cooperation with fecher, the Premium Porting
Partner for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, to extend fecher’s migration
services to the Americas, Middle East, most of Europe, Africa and Asia.

fecher’s new subsidiary, fecher LLC — located in Washington, D.C., has
started operations in the U.S. covering both the North American and South
American continents. Migration projects in all other areas assigned to fecher
will continue to be managed from the company’s German headquarters and their
European subsidiaries.

Other Ice Tea Group premium partners are: Dataline Software Ltd in the
United Kingdom, KnowIT AB in Scandinavia, and X-En Connect in Australia and
New Zealand.
