Intellectual Property Management Firm Launches Royalty Connection(TM) License Database

BALTIMORE, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ — Invotex Group, a financial and economic consulting and intellectual property management firm, is pleased to announce that it has launched Royalty Connection(TM) Instant Access to Royalty Rates (www.royaltyconnection.com), a proprietary, web-based database of license and royalty data that allows registered users to search and sort records and purchase and download reports instantly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Royalty Connection provides instant, global access to royalty and license information on all types of technology, patents, trade secrets and know-how in industries ranging from semiconductors to computer hardware and software and from pharmaceuticals to medical devices.

Unlike some similar products, Royalty Connection users control their search and report selection, and reports are available for download immediately after purchase.

Unless specific data is unavailable or redacted from public records, each license report includes the names of licensor and licensee, license date, license type; SIC, NAICS and industry; technology licensed, licensed patent numbers, royalty rate and type of royalty base, other consideration paid, terms of the license, exclusivity, territory included, sublicensing rights and more.
