Media Awareness International, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Award Winning Computer Service Group

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Media Awareness International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MAWI) announced today that the Company has acquired GeeksOnTime, Inc. an award winning computer service group operating in all fifty states with over 1200 computer technicians and personnel. The acquisition will be paid over time in a combination of cash and restricted stock. As part of the agreement, Media Awareness International's current Officers and Directors have agreed to resign from their positions effective immediately; Venus McNabb will now take over as the Company's acting CEO and Chairman. The Company will seek a name and symbol change in the near future.

GeeksOnTime was founded by Venus McNabb in 1999 as a locally based Phoenix, Arizona computer service group. The company was structured for national coverage and initiated that expansion into California within the first 8 months of business.
