Sammons Financial Group Selects CoSentry to Upgrade Help Desk Service Capabilities

SIOUX FALLS, S.D., Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Sammons Financial Group, Inc. announced their agreement to use CoSentry help desk operations to upgrade internal customer service by providing a single point of contact and routing control. The company indicated that this action underscored their commitment to provide the highest customer service level possible for their internal clients.

"We were seeking a solution that would assure a net improvement of service to our own folks," commented Brian Baker, 2nd Vice President of IT Engineering for Midland National Life Insurance and North American Company for Life and Health Insurance - members of Sammons Financial Group. Under the agreement Sammons will use the CoSentry SDO center as a level one help desk to identify and appropriately route service issues for internal customers. This is a service CoSentry performs for a number of clients in the Fortune 100 community.
