Imation and AudioQuest Sign Development Agreement

signed a strategic relationship agreement with AudioQuest for the development
of audio/video and data cables. Under the agreement, AudioQuest, a developer
of high-performance audio/video cables, will develop a line of high quality,
differentiated cable products that Imation will market under several of its
premier retail brands. Imation expects its first new cable products, unique
Memorex-branded designs for home audio/video use, to be available in early
