Market Leaders Join to Deliver the Next Generation of Remote Service Software

FOXBORO, Mass., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ – Axeda, the on-demand remote service software company, today announced the acquisition of the technology and related assets of Questra Corporation. The combination of Axeda and Questra creates the world’s largest and most innovative software company dedicated to delivering breakthrough remote service solutions — transforming the way product manufacturers support their customers.

Today, more than 100 of the world’s leading product manufacturers, including EMC, GE Healthcare, NetApp, Philips and Siemens rely on Axeda and Questra to power their remote service initiatives. This critical mass of customers is indicative of the trend away from costly break / fix service toward delivering products with smart services built-in.
