StratoComm Corporation Expands Management Team

ALBANY, N.Y., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — StratoComm Corporation (STCO) has taken planning steps to support its previously announced effort to move its shares to trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Mr. Craig Danzig, who has ably served StratoComm as its Director of Investor and Institutional Relations, has been promoted to Executive Director of Institutional Relations. In his new capacity Mr. Danzig will focus his efforts to identification and engagement of investment banking and institutional support to StratoComm as it moves to the trading of its shares on the OTC Bulletin Board.

To assure proper and efficient service and support to its shareholders Mr. Paul Cohen, a long time StratoComm shareholder and supporter, has been engaged as Director of Investor Relations. In this capacity Paul will coordinate all shareholder information, production of annual reports and planning and presentation of annual shareholder meetings.
