CACI and Guidance Software Form Strategic Partnership to Provide U.S. Government Agencies With Full-Service eDiscovery Solution

CACI to Use Guidance Software Technology to Deliver One-Stop Shopping

ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CACI International Inc (NYSE: CAI), a leading provider of litigation support services to the U.S. federal government, announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with Guidance Software Inc. (Nasdaq: GUID), The World Leader in Digital Investigations(TM), to provide a comprehensive and leading-edge eDiscovery solution to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal government agencies. The partnership enables CACI to serve as a single vendor for a wide range of litigation support needs. Guidance Software and CACI will also jointly market and engage in co-selling and business development efforts under the terms of the agreement.

Discovery is the process by which data is sought, located, secured, and searched to use as evidence in a civil or criminal legal case. Under this partnership, CACI will use Guidance Software's EnCase(R) eDiscovery to provide electronic discovery collection and processing services to DOJ and other U.S. government agencies under multiple CACI contracts with investigatory and litigating agencies. By offering integrated litigation support services and forensic extraction, CACI maximizes performance and efficiency for DOJ.
