Media Awareness International, Inc. Files for Name Change To Reflect the Company's New Business Strategy

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Media Awareness International, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: MAWI) announced today that the Company has filed the necessary paperwork to change its name to better reflect its new business strategy. Media Awareness International, Inc. will file with the appropriate regulatory agencies to change their symbol once the Company's name change has been approved.

The Company recently acquired GeeksOnTime, Inc., an award winning computer service group operating in all fifty states with over 1,200 computer technicians and personnel. GeeksOnTime was founded by Venus McNabb in 1999 as a locally based Phoenix, Arizona computer service group. The Company was structured for national coverage and initiated that expansion into California within the first 8 months of business. GeeksOnTime now operates in all 50 states and maintains more than 1,200 technicians, network administrators and helpdesk service managers providing service to small businesses, multi location clientele and residential clients Nationwide.
