enVista Hires Labor Management Pioneer Al Gagnon to Help Companies Improve Workforce Productivity and Reduce Labor Costs

Former Gagnon & Associates President Will Further Advance enVista's Thriving Labor Management and Lean Logistics Practices

As the former President of Gagnon & Associates, Gagnon is considered a leader in the supply chain industry. Gagnon & Associates introduced the industry's first commercial labor management software application, and was also the first to implement a performance improvement approach based on preferred methods, training and discrete engineered standards. In his role at enVista, Gagnon will work closely with clients to understand and address their unique labor requirements, and significantly reduce labor costs.
