Aruze Gaming America Signs Purchase Agreement to Acquire True Blue Gaming

True Blue Gaming to become wholly-owned subsidiary, global content provider for Aruze Gaming; Kent Young to head up Americas business

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Aruze Gaming America, Inc. announced today that it has signed an ownership interest purchase agreement to acquire the True Blue Gaming Group of companies. Under the agreement, which is expected to close in February 2009, the True Blue Gaming Group will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Aruze Gaming America. True Blue Gaming will develop gaming content for all the Aruze Gaming offices globally.

As part of the agreement, Kent Young, President and CEO of True Blue Gaming, will become General Manager of Aruze Gaming America. Scott Olive, Chief Development Officer of True Blue Gaming Group, will become President of True Blue Gaming and continue to manage the development of gaming content for the company.

Kent Young has a long history in the gaming industry, most recently serving as Global General Manager of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. before founding True Blue Gaming. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Marketing for Aristocrat Americas, where he was responsible for the successful launching of many of its breakthrough products and building its market share in North and South America.
