Leading Telecommunication Executive Joins Pinyon Technologies Advisory Board

RENO, Nev., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinyon Technologies, developer of unique antenna solutions based upon its patented AirWire(TM) technology, today announced that Richard Krupka, a telecommunications industry leader has joined its Technologies Advisory Board. The board includes three world renowned telecommunication and wireless industry leaders in supporting Pinyon's transition from technology development to product rollout.

Richard Krupka is currently the director of sales and business development for VTech Communications. A pioneer in the wireless and telecommunications industries, Krupka has worked for companies such as VTech Communications, Siemens and Ameritech where he planned, organized and managed the introduction of new technology for Voice (DECT6.0) and Data, WiMax, IMS, UMA & UWB solutions for small business and enterprise markets. He has also designed and implemented new product introductions for service providers such AT&T, Bell South, Verizon, Comcast, Cablevision, Time Warner and Sprint supporting smart home and next-generation communications solutions. He initiated the change in spectrum allocation with the FCC by designing and negotiating an FCC methodology for the introduction of cordless devices in the 1920-1930 Mhz spectrum, concluding in the development of a new industry offering in North America. He has been granted several patents in the telecommunications products area and he currently holds the position of vice president and board member of UTAM, Inc. and co-chairman of the DECT USA Working Group.
