Pixelplus Announces Senior Management Change

SEOUL, South Korea, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pixelplus Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: PXPL), a fabless semiconductor company in Korea that designs, develops, and markets CMOS image sensors for various consumer electronics applications, today announced that Mr. Hoang Taig Choi, Chief Financial Officer, decided to depart the Company due to personal reasons, effective as of January 30, 2009.

The Company is currently searching for an individual to replace Mr. Choi and will issue an announcement once such individual is engaged.
